REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We at FluxxHub pride in our high level of customer satisfaction. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products.

Due to the nature of our products,ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are NO REFUNDS. However in rare cases where the customer gets the wrong product, exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions.

• All returns/exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receipt
• All items must be unworn , unaltered , changed in any way, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Exchange will be made s Store credit or for a product of equal value a or less with no money back
• Return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer.
• We suggest sending through a courier that provides delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. If the return tracking does not show delivery to us, customers must contact the courier directly to resolve the issue

We must receive the product and inspect it before an exchange can be made. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions stated are not met
